What is psychotherapy and who is it for?Psychotherapy is a professional support process in which emotional and mental challenges are addressed through dialogue. It’s suitable for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, improve their quality of life, and develop more effective coping skills.

Which therapeutic approaches do you use?Depending on your individual needs, I draw on evidence‑based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness‑Based Approaches, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

How long is a session, and how often will we meet?A standard session lasts 50 minutes. During the first meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and needs and agree on a frequency—typically weekly, though bi‑weekly or other schedules can be arranged.

How many sessions will I need?The total number of sessions varies by individual. Short‑term, goal‑focused work often takes 6–12 sessions, while deeper exploration may require 20 or more.
